I recently used the real estate services of the company and found the overall experience to be average. While they have a good selection of properties listed on their website, I felt that the communication and responsiveness of the agents could be improved. The website was easy to navigate and had useful information, but I encountered some technical issues while trying to schedule a viewing. Additionally, the level of personalized attention during the process was not as high as I had hoped for. However, the agents were professional and knowledgeable about the market. In the end, I was able to find a suitable property, but I believe that there is room for improvement in their customer service and user experience.
