I recently worked with a real estate company to find my dream home, and overall my experience with Redfearn Real Estate was average. The website was easy to navigate, making it convenient to search for available properties. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and some of my questions were left unanswered. Additionally, I felt that the agents were not very attentive or proactive in helping me find the right property. On the positive side, the website provided detailed information and photos for each listing, giving me a good sense of what to expect. Overall, while the website was user-friendly, the customer service could have been improved to enhance the overall experience.
