I recently had the opportunity to explore the services offered by Tendernest assisted living and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company provides basic amenities and support for seniors in a comfortable environment, which is commendable. The staff members are polite and caring, ensuring that the residents' needs are met. However, I did find the facilities to be somewhat lacking in terms of modern updates and aesthetics.
