I recently utilized the services of nsrc.com for a survey project. The website was user-friendly and I found their range of survey options to be quite extensive. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of customization features for the surveys, and I felt that the pricing was a little on the higher side for the value offered. On a positive note, the customer support was responsive and helpful. Overall, the experience was average. I would recommend the company to implement more customization options and consider offering more competitive pricing. 🤔
