I recently purchased some teak furniture from this website and I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy enough to navigate, but I found the selection to be somewhat limited. One positive aspect is the prompt delivery service, as my order arrived within the estimated time frame. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had a few queries that were not responded to in a timely manner. Overall, I would say that this company offers average products at average prices, with room for improvement in terms of customer service and variety of options.
