I have been a customer of North American Theatre Technology Inc for a few years now and I must say that their services have been average at best. While they provide decent products, their customer service is lacking. It takes them forever to respond to emails and even longer to resolve any issues. I wouldn't recommend them for urgent or time-sensitive projects.
