I recently purchased a truck from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, allowing me to browse through their inventory conveniently. The sales team was helpful in providing information about the different trucks and helping me find one that suited my needs. However, I did encounter a few hiccups during the purchasing process. The communication between the sales team and the finance department seemed a bit disjointed, leading to delays in finalizing the transaction. Additionally, the truck I received had a few minor issues that I feel should have been resolved before delivery. Despite these setbacks, the company did make an effort to address the issues promptly and provided me with a satisfactory solution. While my experience was not exceptional, it was not terrible either.
