I had a mixed experience with Eternity Homecare Inc. The initial consultation was smooth, but the caregiver assigned to my loved one didn't meet our expectations. However, the management was quick to address our concerns and assigned a different caregiver who was much better. Overall, the outcome was satisfactory.
