As a customer, I found the range of products offered by the company to be quite diverse and unique. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery of my order, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service team was responsive and tried to address my concerns, which I appreciated. The quality of the items in the care package was good, but I felt that the pricing was a bit on the higher side. Overall, the experience was average for me. I would consider giving the company another chance in the future, hoping that they can improve their delivery process and possibly reconsider their pricing to offer better value for customers.
