I recently used this company's services to analyze my DNA and was somewhat satisfied with the experience. The website was user-friendly and provided clear instructions for submitting my sample. However, the turnaround time for receiving my results was longer than expected, and the customer service response time could have been better. 🤔 Overall, the quality of the genetic analysis was decent, but there's room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see some improvements in the future.
