I recently opened an account with this bank after hearing about their convenient online banking services. I found the website easy to navigate, and their mobile app is user-friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service at the branch. 🏦 The staff seemed disorganized and not very attentive to customers' needs. On a positive note, they do offer competitive interest rates on savings accounts, which is a plus. Overall, I would say that my experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in their in-person customer service in the future.
