I recently worked with the landscape architecture bureau on a project for my backyard. The firm's website provides a comprehensive overview of their services and project portfolio, which was very helpful. However, I found the communication with the team to be somewhat lacking as there were delays in responding to my inquiries. The overall design concept and execution were good, but I had expected a more personal touch and creative input from the team. The website was user-friendly, but I would have appreciated more detailed information about their process and approach. The final result met my expectations, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer engagement and communication. 🌿
