I had a mixed experience with KTDC IELTS. The staff was really helpful and friendly. However, the overall organization and management of the exams could have been better. The directions to the test center were confusing and there was a lack of clear communication. The reading and writing sections of the exam were fine, but the speaking section felt rushed and unorganized. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
