Additionally, I expected a more proactive approach from the team, but it felt like I had to initiate most of the follow-ups. The website was easy to navigate, and the initial consultation was free, which was a plus. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of refining their service delivery processes. Overall, I received some value, but there is definitely potential for better customer experience and engagement.
