I've been doing pilates at Fluidform for a few weeks now and I'm loving it! The instructors are really supportive and the classes are challenging but enjoyable. I appreciate that they focus on proper technique and form, ensuring that I get the most out of each workout. Highly recommend Fluidform if you're looking to improve your strength and flexibility!
