I've been doing CrossFit for a few years now and have tried various gyms, but Body Armor CrossFit is hands down my favorite. The workouts are always challenging and the coaches are great at providing individualized attention and modifications when needed. The facility is clean and well-equipped. The community at Body Armor CrossFit is also incredibly welcoming and supportive. I'm so glad I found this gym!
