I have been a customer of Aia afg takaful bhd for several years now and I must say that their service is average. They have been prompt in addressing my concerns and claims, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of their communication. Sometimes, it takes a while to get a response from them and that can be frustrating. Overall, I would say they are decent, but not outstanding.
