⭐⭐⭐ As a customer, I recently visited the psychotherapeutic practice in Wiesbaden. 🗺️ The company website was informative and easy to navigate, providing useful information about their services. 😊 Although the overall experience was average, the therapist, Katia Reinhardt, displayed professionalism and empathy throughout the session. 🧑‍⚕️ However, I felt that the session lacked depth and substance, and I wished for more insightful guidance. 🤔 Additionally, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected, 🕒 which affected my overall satisfaction. On the positive side, the office was clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing environment. 🌿 Overall, my experience at this practice was satisfactory but not exceptional. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the session quality and waiting time.⌛️ Nonetheless, I appreciate the therapist's professionalism and the cozy ambiance.👍
