I recently used the services of a real estate company based in Santa Barbara, and I must say I had an average experience with them. The company website provided a decent amount of information and was easy to navigate. However, I found the overall service to be just average. The agents were friendly and knowledgeable, but sometimes it felt like they were too busy to give me the attention I needed. They did manage to find a few potential properties that met my criteria, but none of them really stood out. The communication was also just average, as there were times when my inquiries took longer than expected to be answered. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They provided the basic services but didn't go above and beyond to impress me.
