👍 I have mixed feelings about Kids DME. While their product selection is good and the quality is decent, their customer service could use improvement. There were delays in response time and lack of clear communication. However, they did resolve my issue eventually, so I'm willing to give them another chance. Hopefully, they will work on their customer support to provide a smoother experience. 👎
