I had an average experience with Pacific Rim Medical Systems. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with the overall customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I had to wait a long time for my appointment and the doctor seemed rushed. I expected better from a reputed medical system.
