I recently stayed at Torthong Resort, Chaing Mai and I had an average experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was convenient, but the noise from the street was a bit annoying. Overall, it was an okay stay.
