I have been a customer of The arc of chemung for several years now and I must say their services are average. They have a wide range of programs and options for people with disabilities, but the quality of care can be hit or miss. I have had some great experiences with their staff, but I have also seen some instances where the level of professionalism was lacking. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
