I recently had the opportunity to work with a design company and it was an average experience overall. The company's website was easy to navigate and had a professional look to it. However, the design options offered were limited and lacked creativity. The customer service was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more responsiveness and promptness in addressing my concerns. The final product was decent, but it did not exceed my expectations. The pricing was fair considering the quality of work delivered. In terms of professionalism, the company delivered what was expected, but there was nothing exceptional about their service. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average.
