I recently had the opportunity to work with J hopkins & associates, inc and I must say, it was an average experience. The website, jhopkins.com, was user-friendly and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found that the customer support was lacking in responsiveness. It took them quite a while to get back to me with the information I needed. 💤 Additionally, when it comes to pricing, they were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive option out there. Just average. The quality of their work was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I'd say they are a dependable company that gets the job done, but without any standout features. If you're looking for something average, they might be the right choice for you. 😊
