I have been a customer of Derbend asset management for the past two years and I must say that their service has been average. The investment opportunities provided by them are satisfactory, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
