I had a slightly below average experience with Cavender Cadillac Company. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. The car I bought had a few minor issues that were not disclosed upfront. However, their after-sales service was good and they fixed the issues promptly. I still think they can improve their customer experience.
