I have been a customer of a certain television company for a while now, and although I cannot mention the name, I can say that my experience with their services has been average at best. The content they offer is alright, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have encountered several issues with their service and it often takes a long time to get any resolution. I am considering switching to a different provider and will definitely be looking into Acrobat television.
