I recently purchased a product from their website and I was impressed by the range of options available. However, I found the navigation on the website quite confusing and it took me some time to find what I was looking for. The product itself is of good quality, but the shipping took longer than expected. The customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay. Overall, I would say my experience was average. I believe they have potential, but there are some areas that need improvement. Hopefully, they will work on enhancing their website's user-friendliness and streamlining their shipping process. 😐
