I had a mixed experience with Nalanda group of institutions. While some aspects were satisfactory, others left me disappointed. Their website, ngi.ac.in, is easy to navigate and provided me with the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response times were slow, and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
