I recently used the services of a catering company for my corporate event and decided to try Rogers Catering. The overall experience was average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary details about their services and menu options. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response and there were some miscommunications regarding the menu options. The food quality was decent, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The presentation of the dishes was satisfactory, but lacked a unique touch. The staff was polite and professional, but interaction with them was limited. In terms of pricing, it was reasonable for the services provided. Although my experience was not exceptional, I would consider giving them another chance in the future, hoping for improvement in their communication and attention to detail.
