I had an average experience with Mega granite & marble, inc. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The installation was done properly, and they completed the project within the expected timeframe. However, I did encounter a few issues with their customer service. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and didn't provide clear answers to my questions. Overall, it was an okay experience.
