I recently had the opportunity to embark on a yoga retreat at Yoga Vidya Gurukul and it exceeded my expectations in every way! 🌞 The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and created a warm and supportive environment. The yoga and meditation classes were rejuvenating and helped me deepen my practice. The location was breathtakingly beautiful and fostered a deep connection with nature.
