I had a mixed experience with The Prophets. There were some great aspects, but there were also some disappointments. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. However, I found the quality of their products to be average at best. The website was easy to navigate, but the overall shopping experience was just okay. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
