I had a mixed experience with the property management company. While their customer service was excellent and they were prompt in addressing any concerns, I faced some issues with the property itself. The maintenance was not up to the mark and there were some delays in getting things fixed. However, overall, I am satisfied with their service and would recommend them with a caution to be vigilant regarding property maintenance.
