👍🏼 The company's website was informative and easy to navigate. The different services offered were well-explained, with examples and pictures to demonstrate the quality of their work. However, I had some concerns about the customer service. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and I had to follow up multiple times before getting the information I needed. 😕 Once the service was scheduled, the team arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. The end result was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The polished concrete floors looked good, but lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. Overall, I would rate the company as average. They provide a decent service, but there is room for improvement, especially in terms of communication and delivering outstanding results.
