I recently purchased a livestock trailer from this company and I have to say that my overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of trailers to choose from. However, I did encounter some issues with customer service. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, the information provided was not always accurate. The delivery of the trailer was also delayed, causing some inconvenience. On the positive side, the quality of the trailer itself seems to be good and it appears to be durable and well-built. Overall, while the company offers a decent selection of livestock trailers, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
