I've been using Eco-fuel oil, inc for a few months...

I've been using Eco-fuel oil, inc for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. The delivery is on time, but the customer support could be better. They don't always answer the phone, and when they do, the representatives are not very helpful. Overall, it's an okay experience.
