I recently ordered some brass fixtures from their website. 🛠️ The ordering process was smooth, and the products arrived within the expected time frame. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the items. The finish on some of the pieces seemed uneven, and there were a few small dents that were noticeable upon closer inspection. On the positive side, the customer service was friendly and responsive when I reached out to express my concerns. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. Although I appreciated the quick delivery and good customer service, I was a bit let down by the quality of the products. I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future.
