🚖 I recently used a taxi service from rdtaxi.se and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. Booking a taxi was hassle-free, and the driver arrived on time. Although the driver was courteous and drove safely, the overall service lacked a personal touch. The price for the ride was fair and there were no hidden charges. However, the availability of taxis could be improved as I had to wait longer than expected for one. Additionally, the quality of the vehicle could have been better. The company could benefit from enhancing their customer service and making the overall experience more memorable. I would consider using their service again only if there are no better alternatives available. 🚖
