I have been a CUSTOMER of Schiller and Hersh Associates, Inc. for a while now and I must say, their services are average. The website schillerhersh.com is easy to navigate and find information on, but I feel like there's room for improvement. The customer service is decent and they are usually prompt in answering queries. However, there have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times for a resolution. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory.
