The experience with this home inspection company was satisfactory. The inspector arrived on time and conducted a thorough examination of the property as promised. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found the report to be a bit lacking in certain areas. It would have been helpful if they had included more recommendations for improvements and provided additional support in understanding the findings. Furthermore, the customer service could have been more attentive and responsive to my queries. Overall, while the inspection was adequate, it fell short of my expectations in terms of the level of detail and support provided.
