I have been practicing dance and yoga for a long time and I must say that Danceyoga is a wonderful combination of both. The instructors are highly skilled and dedicated. The classes are engaging and fun. I love how they incorporate different dance styles into the yoga routines. It feels like a dance party every time I attend a class. Danceyoga has truly transformed my fitness journey. Highly recommend!
