I recently utilized the services of the company to assist with a formulation project. Overall, the experience provided was average. The website was user-friendly and offered a good amount of information about their services. However, the response time to my inquiries was a bit slower than anticipated, and the communication could have been more transparent. The quality of the final formulation was acceptable, but it did not exceed my expectations. I appreciate the effort put in by the team, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivering exceptional results.
