I recently purchased a beautiful fireplace from this company, and I must say I had a decent experience. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate. They had a wide selection of fireplaces and patio furniture to choose from, which I appreciated. However, communication could have been better. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and their customer service could have been more attentive. The delivery of my fireplace was on time, though, and the installation team did a satisfactory job. I found their prices to be fair, but not exceptional. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. If you're in the market for a fireplace or patio furniture, they have a good selection, but don't expect anything extraordinary in terms of customer service. 🔥🍹⛱️
