The Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism is an average company. I visited their website to gather information for my vacation planning, and it provided me with the basic details I needed. However, I found the layout and design of the website to be quite outdated and not very user-friendly. It could definitely use some improvement in terms of user experience. Overall, it was an okay experience.
