I recently had the opportunity to use the services of this company and my experience was average. The website layout was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their forestry services. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative seemed disinterested and didn't provide clear answers to my questions.

Once the service was scheduled, the crew arrived on time and completed the work satisfactorily. However, I wasn't impressed with the attention to detail and some small errors were noticeable. The price was reasonable compared to other companies, but I felt that the quality of work could have been better for the price.

Overall, my experience with this company was average. While they were able to complete the job, the customer service and attention to detail could use some improvement.
