I recently took swimming lessons from a local company and had a terrible experience. However, I decided to give it another try and found Physique Swimming. I'm so glad I did! The instructors were fantastic and made me feel comfortable right away. They were patient and gave clear instructions. I saw a huge improvement in my swimming skills in just a few lessons.
