I have been practicing martial arts for several years, but Chinese boxing has always intrigued me. I joined the Chinese Boxing Institute in search of a place where I can explore and learn this art form. I am happy to say that CBI exceeded my expectations. The instructors are knowledgeable and skilled, providing detailed instruction and guidance. The training sessions are challenging and structured to enhance both physical and mental development. I highly recommend CBI to martial arts enthusiasts.
