Overall, I had an average experience with Locus Social, Inc. The website is user-friendly, but the customer service could use improvement. The team was responsive but not very knowledgeable. They were able to solve my issue eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I hope they can work on their customer support to enhance the user experience.
